Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the fifty United States and US territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

You must be located within the United States at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free shipping on orders of 3 bags or more.

Processing and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Pastel Protein is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Pre-Orders

Orders placed during our pre-order period are scheduled to ship with our first production run in August 2026. Pre-order ship dates are estimates and may be affected by production or fulfillment timelines outside our reasonable control. We will notify you by email when your order is processed and again when it ships.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

If your shipment is lost in transit prior to confirmed delivery, please contact us at Support@PastelProtein.com and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf. Pastel Protein is not liable for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Pastel Protein is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Damaged Shipments

If your product arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. Damage claims must be reported within 14 days of confirmed delivery with your order number and photographic evidence.
