Why these aren't your average protein snack
Each single-serving protein mug cake delivers roughly 25g of protein, sweetened with tagatose, with no artificial flavors and no artificial dyes. The protein comes from egg-white and wheat protein plus whole egg powder — not whey — so it bakes up soft and cake-like instead of chalky. Expect about 35g of carbs, 14g of fat, and 10g of sugar (around 8g added) per serving.
